We will always ensure that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using ID5 Driving School, you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.
When you provide us with personal information to complete an ID5 course, verify your credit card or request a practical driving test to be booked through ID5, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, we will ask you directly for your expressed consent or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
We only collect personal information, that you provide voluntarily, such as when you use our contact form, make an enquiry over the phone, or submit information to our Driving School instructors.
This may include the following information: your name, address, postcode, phone number, email address information from your driving licence & preferred transmission. This is to ensure we can provide the service in your preferred area and for instructors and trainers to be in touch to arrange lessons and/or training.
We reserve the right to exchange your personal information with self-employed driving instructors or trainers who are taking a franchise with ID5 Driving School, but remember all driving instructors are self-employed and have their own policies.
This may also include previous driving experience, and preferences for driving lessons & services. Driving licence details including any convictions or other important information that may affect your ability or suitability to drive.

This information is used so that we can provide the best service possible and supply you with help and support throughout your learning experience with our instructors. We may also use your details for the following: We may use the information to improve our products and services. Customer support: We like to keep your details on file so if you ever need to contact us we know who you are and which of our franchised instructors you are driving with so we can help you quicker. From time to time, you may receive emails about our latest services, products and offers that may interest you. You may also receive phone calls, SMS or emails from our team for market research purposes. You may also receive courtesy calls if you are an ID5 Driving pupil to check if you are happy with our service

We do not sell or share your information with any third party for marketing purposes.
What do we do with the information we gather
We share your reviews on our platform so that others can read about your experience with a specific business. When you write a review, other users of our platform may sometimes include a picture and name, with your permission. but we will not shear personal data ie email, and D.O.B address.

Payments
We do not take any payments over the phone, When you make payment to ID5 service it will only be online or via bank transfer or an authorisation processor. We do not keep or hold any credit or debit card details. Only what is shown on the bank statement, to confirm and keep track of payments. We are committed to providing this security for you. We use a card service on our website to ensure all the details given are safe and secure by using a third-party please look at their terms and conditions.
Remember Payments not directly to ID5 and after your course has ended are no longer our responsibility, all driving instructors are self-employed and have their own terms and conditions.
You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. This can be found on the government website.
If you believe that any information we have about you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
